Thank you for visiting the Steinbach Humane Society website! We’re thrilled to have you come check us out. In the mean time, you can contact us for information on donations, sponsorship, events, fostering, adopting or relinquishing a pet, or any other details you may need.
SHS Hours Of Operation - As we are all in volunteer positions and do not currently have a building to operate out of, most of us have full time jobs and families, so setting business hours is not really possible. If you call or email us, we will reply as soon as possible. We do our best to return messages the same day they are left, but due to schedules, this is not always possible. We appreciate your patience and support.
Any calls regarding a loose stray should be directed to John Klassen the animal control officer at 326-3118, as we have not been authorized by our city to do the pickups. In case of a medical emergency, contact your local vet. In cases of abuse or neglect, contact John Klassen or the RCMP. Thank you for your support and patience as we work our hardest to serve you.
