Mission Statement
Our mission is to work closely with the City of Steinbach and public to end the pet over-population problem in our area. We want to help as many animals as we can by educating and promoting humane treatment and promoting spay/neutering. We work to place abandoned, stray and relinquished animals into loving, forever homes. We also try to reunite pets with their families as quickly as possible. We are pro-life, which means we will humanely euthanize an animal that is suffering or in pain, only after we have exhausted all other means of care. We will NOT euthanize physically and/or behaviorally healthy animals. We will spay or neuter all animals who come through our program, plus make sure that all our animals get their vaccinations, deworming, rabies vaccine, vet check and tattoo.
