Monetary Donations

People are always asking about ways they can get involved and help our cause.
Here’s a great place to start.

Single Donations
If you wish to make a single cash donation, we would be so very thankful.  If you choose to make a monetary donation to the Steinbach Humane Society, you are now able to recieve a tax receipt. Simply write out your check to D’arcy’s ARC and attach a note saying that you wish the donation to go the the Steinbach Humane Society. Darcy will then issue you a receipt and pass the donation on to us, so that we are able to save many more lives.

Pet Sponsorship
This is a great way to help out and get a real feel for what’s happening on the inside of the Steinbach Humane Society. Your $20 monthly donation will go a long way in saving these wonderful creatures. When you choose a pet to sponsor, you will receive a monthly update on that animal including pictures etc. as well as our public monthly news letter. Vet Bill Payment
If you would like to make a monetary donation and know exactly where it’s going, feel free to put it on our vet bill at The Old Country Vet. This is such a vital part of what we do.  Dr. Millar takes care of our sick and wounded.  As well, we get all our animals vet checked, vaccinations, dewormed, spayed/neutered and tattooed at the Old Country Vet.  This doesn’t come cheap, but is necessary.  So, your donation is appreciated so very much.  Thank you in advance.

Item Donations

We are always in need of certain things as they run out frequently. Some of these things include the following:

• litter boxes
• dry cat food
• Pet Valu gift cards
• Staples gift cards
• printer paper
